Met Laurentien van Oranje en Shlomo Shoham
In this meet-up, Laurentien van Oranje, Founder of the Missing Chapter Foundation, and Shlomo Shoham, judge (ret.) and Chairman of the Sustainable Global Leadership Academy, combine their unique expertise and vision on Sustainable and Aligned Leadership.
Many organizations focus on future-oriented transitions: new business processes, gaps between generations, new groups of customers and employees and new working-methods, in which classical hierarchies are transformed into agile organizations. Leading these dynamic changes, requires leaders to have a different mindset. A mindset that welcomes the inclusion of different and unexpected perspectives, that dares to question and shed old thinking patterns so as to create space for new solutions.
How can I, as a leader, become aligned and lead these transitions in my own organisation?
In this meet-up you will encounter yourself in the present as well as in the future. You will learn to work with ‘future intelligence’: how to make decisions in the presence inspired by the future. You will discover what you’ll have to let go to be able to be open for the unexpected insights of others. The session will consist of daring working methods, confronting questions and real dialogues.
The meet-up will be in English.
