We offer programs that are designed according to need. We consult closely with our client to determine which approach will best achieve the sought-after development. This can vary from a standard program to a fully customized program and everything in-between, depending on the need.
Standard program
For a standard program, we use an existing program in our open offer as the basis for an incompany training course. The content and quality of these training courses have been developed over the course of many years, and can often be implemented quickly against minimal development costs. This is a suitable option for organizations seeking a robust program in combination with rapid implementation and cost-effectiveness.
Proven concepts
These are semi-tailored programs that build further on our extensive experience and expertise. We combine proven program components with an approach that is tailored to the specific context and development needs of the organization. These programs require just a short alignment and development phase. This approach effectively blends tailored components with the use of proven concepts.
Tailor-made programs
A tailor-made development program is one in which we work closely with your organization to co-create and co-deliver a program that is fully integrated in the organization. These programs are entirely aligned with the organization’s circumstances, development needs and goals. The fact that they are designed and implemented together with the relevant stakeholders gives these programs their particular power. Through this approach, we are able to offer a development program that dovetails perfectly with the vision, strategic challenges and cultural dynamics of the organization, and in which participants take ownership of their individual and collective development.

We engage with your organization as a partner in the process. Once you have requested a consultation, you can expect the following steps.
Request for consultation
The process begins with your request for an obligation-free consultation. We would like to receive, prior to the meeting, as much information as possible regarding your request. This typically includes the specific features of the target group, the development goals, and how these goals should contribute to the sought-after organizational change. After receiving your request, we will briefly contact you in case of any further questions.
Consultation
The next step is that we link you up with an incompany advisor for a consultation. This interview can take place online or on-site. The goals, target group, and the context of your organization will be discussed extensively during this interview. A second, more probing interview is sometimes necessary.
Customized proposal
Based on the consultation, we draw up a proposal in line with your organization’s wishes and needs. Depending on the need, this can be a first draft or already a more elaborate proposal. Another option is that we present the proposal to the organization’s main stakeholders.
Start of the collaboration
Together we lay the foundation for a successful collaboration. We start with a discussion of the organization and the management of the process. From the side of se Baak we will compile a fixed team for your organization, which will remain involved with your organization for the rest of the process.
Development phase
What a development phase looks like depends on the selected program: is it a standard program, proven concept program, or fully tailored program. For a fully tailored program we will design the program co-creatively with your organization. We will organize sparring sessions to obtain the relevant information from and about the organization to translate the goals into a definitive program.
Pilot and roll-out
The program can optionally start with one or more pilot groups. This offers an opportunity to gain further insights and to refine the program before rolling it out more widely.
Implementation
With a view to continuity, we always work with steady head trainers for the groups. Throughout the process we continue to confer closely to make sure that the program achieves the right impact and delivers the desired results.

An incompany program is implemented for groups of employees within an organization. Open training courses, by contrast, are offered on the basis of open registration so that participant groups usually consist of employees from different organizations. The advantage of an in-company program is that it is designed on the basis of an organization’s specific development needs, so that the organizational goals are integrated into the program.
Yes, that’s possible. We can take an existing training course from the open offer as the basis for an incompany program.
No, that’s not necessary. Our own locations are fully designed and equipped to run our training courses, but we are flexible in terms of location. We do recommend organizing the program at an external location, to help the participants focus on the training as fully as possible.
Our guideline is to have one main trainer with a group of 8 to 10 participants. It is possible to create bigger participant groups, for which we will then deploy more than one trainer.
Yes, when relevant and desired we can offer this as part of the incompany program.
The duration varies considerably per program, so we cannot answer this question in advance . We determine the duration for each program individually, depending on the desired development need.
